Plot #6 is in field adjacent to loop road. Drive around loop road and look for first large field. Park in parking lot and walk downslope to creek. Conduit is at base of a 60-cm dbh Acer barbatum (tag #56). But actual plot is 20 m west of conduit, which is not at center of plot due to mowing. Vegetation plot is due west of conduit; it starts 5 m west of conduit and continues in a westerly direction past the actual location of the middle of the plot.
